  6. 6

    Leave a review

After the service is completed, rate the lawyer and leave a review — this helps other clients make the right choice.

How do I find a lawyer — the catalog or describing my situation?

There are two paths. In the catalog you search yourself — by specialization, experience, and price. Or describe your situation in your own words: the Jurly analysis determines the area of law and matches lawyers who work on exactly such cases.

What does the Jurly analysis do, and is it legal advice?

The Jurly analysis structures your description: it determines the area of law, asks clarifying questions, and prepares a Jurly conclusion for you and a Jurly brief for the lawyer. It is not legal advice — recommendations come from the lawyer; the Jurly analysis only prepares your case for that conversation.

How does a consultation work?

You pick a time in the lawyer's schedule and send a booking. Once the lawyer confirms, the meeting happens as a video call right on the platform; a chat with file and document exchange works before and after it.

How does payment work?

Payment goes through the platform (LiqPay). The money is paid to the platform and released to the lawyer only after both sides confirm the consultation took place.

Can I cancel a booking, and will I get a refund?

Yes, a booking can be cancelled until the meeting ends. The payment is returned. If the meeting is already confirmed and paid, cancelling requires a reason.

How do reviews work?

A review can be left only after a completed consultation, so every review on the platform comes from a real client of that lawyer.

Who sees my situation description and my data?

Your situation description is visible only to the lawyer your booking goes to. Your data is never shown publicly, and notifications mask personal information.

What does the platform cost a client?

Registration, lawyer search, and the Jurly analysis are free. You pay only the consultation price — the platform adds no markup.

How do I register as a lawyer?

For free: create an account with the "I am a lawyer" role and complete the five onboarding steps — who you are, specialization, priorities, location, and education with documents.

How does verification work?

You complete your profile, add education and experience, and upload documents. An administrator reviews the application and assigns a qualification tier; your profile becomes visible in the catalog only after approval.

Who sets the prices, and what is the commission?

The platform sets the prices of the three consultation tariffs by your qualification tier: initial from ₴999, prepared from ₴1550, urgent from ₴3100. Commission applies only to completed deals: 15% at launch instead of the standard 25%.

Where do the clients come from?

From the Jurly analysis that matches lawyers to described situations, from the catalog, and from category pages. A request with a described situation arrives with a Jurly brief for the lawyer, and you decide yourself whether it fits your specialisation.

When do I get paid?

The client pays for the consultation up front, to the platform's account. Once both sides confirm completion, the money is paid out to you less the commission.

Can I change my consultation price?

The price is not edited directly: you submit a price-change request with your reasoning, and the price changes once an administrator decides.

What does it take for my profile to appear in the catalog?

Approved verification, accepted platform terms, and at least one active service. After that your profile is visible in the catalog and search.
